By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERSI reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.I will only have three comms running at a time, if you come to me during a closed/ busy period I can offer adding you to a waiting list, however it's a no time estimate wait so having a required due date is not recommended.Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated, and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask, questions are better than miscommunication!The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.II. PAYMENT & FEESPayment is due in full upfront. Or 50/50 post the mock-up sketch.Payment may vary slightly depending on your region/currency.Payment is done through PayPal or Ko-fi, all other methods are unacceptable and will be refused. This is both due to my protection and my countries access to most other payment services.
A rush fee of €10 (per piece) will be charged for tight deadlines.A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below).The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONSWrite in a clear and concise manner when making the request.Ensure my art style is what you are looking for in the depiction of your idea's!State you have read and understand the terms of the Tos and let the artist know by use of the nerd emoji 🤓.Please ensure you have a form of contact which images can be shared, and an email or discord for quality images to be sent upon completion.Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject.Mood boards, Gacha, picrew, The Sims, any character designer is welcome! Ai however is not, so please ensure you do not send AI as a reference and if you are not certain you may ask me to check it over.Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.Respond in a timely fashion.Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.IV. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULEResolution of the art will depend on my pc's processing ability but if you have a size requirement you may request it (I mainly work between 2000px-4000px); may be slightly larger or smaller depending on the work. Largest resolution (up to 5000 x 5000 px) is available upon request for an additional fee of €5.I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. You have the option of three revisions to ensure the piece is to your satisfaction, any more will result in additional fee's. See below.I will show WIPs via the chosen form of contact throughout the commission process.Sketch and subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res, watermarked images.Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission. I can get most works done in a 2-4 weeks period, however this is subject to change and I can only ask you understand and don't come into this with a strict deadline in mind. Unless paid for as stated above.I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.V. REVISIONSOne major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price.A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in colouring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.Excessive revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees of €5 per revision.Revisions due to my own negligence are of course free.It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.VI. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICYI, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.I reserve the right to post the commissioned work or process on my social media tagged as a commissioned work.I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.The final product is strictly for your personal and social media use only.You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.I currently do not offer my services for commercial use.You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:Print the work for personal use.Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.Use the artwork as reference for a study.Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:Claim the artwork as yours.Remove my watermark/signature.Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.Colour in my sketches or lineart.Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.Reproduce the work commercially.VII. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDSOnce the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.If you had paid 100% up front, only 50% will be refunded if the first half of the process has already been begun.If paid via a 50%/50% agreement, payment is non-refundable after the work process has begun.I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. If I choose to cancel and refund I will refund in full due to it being of my own choosing and my own time.You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.VIII. WHAT YOU RECEIVEYou will receive the following after client approvals at the appropriate stages of the commission process. Images are always sent as a PNG type file unless another resolution/file type is requested. Note, the work file (CSP file) is not an available form of file.
